doing this week?

HORN
·
This week in Math we will
continue our division unit. Students will focus on the relationship between
division and multiplication. Your child will be identifying the three key
pieces of information in a multiplication or division problem (how many
groups, the number in each group, the total number of items) and writing
his/her own riddles for division and multiplication. We will also continue to
practice our multiplication fact fluency. Please join me in encouraging your
student to become fluent in their facts by practicing at home! There are many
fun and engaging ways to aid fluency in multiplication. Ask your child about
some of the card games we play in class! J
